5. Arrange Small Seminars
This is my favorite one, Try to Arrange seminars related to your blog’s topic in your local collages or conference halls with proper permission. Prepare a speech for your seminar and discuss something about your blog also in your event. Don’t forget to put some banners showing your blog is sponsor of this seminar in entrance path of your seminar / event location.
6. Post advertisement in your local edition of newspaper
News papers are another great way to reach offline people, If you are serious about your blog’s offline promotion? you can go with this strategy. Select any famous local news paper, and pay them to print your advertisement (any size as you want) on local zone of that newspaper.

Its also called as free publicity, To start this, explain the use of your blog very deep and clearly to your friends and relatives when you are free. 8. Print your blog url on your vehicles ( Very effective way)
